Nathaniel “Nate” Waters, was born on March 28, 1964 in Atlantic Beach, Florida to the parents of Mr. Charlie Williams and Mrs. Priscilla Waters Hall. Nathaniel was a devoted husband and a gentle giant that was very protective of his family. He attended Fletcher High School where he played all sports. He was known as “Muddy Waters” during his athletic years.
Nathaniel worked at Piccadilly Cafeteria as the head chef until retirement. This is where he met the love of his life during this time. They were happily married for over 25 years until the day of his transition.
Nathaniel knew no stranger. He loved his wife and family. He never focused on himself but always on the needs of others, especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Nathaniel was a member of Connection Church International where he confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
On Friday, April 19, 2024, Nathaniel departed this life to take up residence in the prepared place that our Lord and Savior reserved for him.
He preceded in death by his grandfather, Louis Waters; grandmother, Idine Waters; and father, Charlie Williams.
Nathaniel leaves to cherish the memories of his wife, Bonnie B. Waters; mother, Priscilla Waters Hall; siblings, Lavertis Waters, Tracy Bailey, Anita Rowser (James), April Lloyd; children, Tanya Adams, Toni Morgan, Eddie Burroughs (Lakesha), and Harriette Wilson (Rodney); and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom he loved dearly.
