A Time to Be Born: Marcus Terrell Jordan was born to Barbara Jean Donley and the late Toriano Adarryl Jordan on October 10, 1995.
A Time to Grow and Service: Marcus attended school at Mitilda Harris Elementary, Camden Middle School and he graduated from Camden County High School class of 2014. He also attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Marcus was a very humble intelligent smart respectful soft spoken young man. He was a computer whiz. He enlisted in the United States Airforce in 2017. He was a Senior Airman of the 38th Rescue Squadron. Marcus worked as an expeditionary cyber operations journeyman. “Senior Airman Jordan exemplified the very best of what it means to live by our values; courage, dedication and selflessness. His commitment to service served as an inspiration to us all,” Col. Paul Sheets, Commander of Moody’s 23rd Wing.
A Time to Mourn: God called his servant home on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 during a deployment to Andersen Airforce Base, Guam. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clemon and Hilda Jean Donley, Mrs. Alice E. Jordan, Mrs. Edna Mae Davis, Mr. William Campbell, Sr. and Mrs. Della Mae Mitchell; and uncles, Roosevelt Timmons and Willie James Donley.
