Carla Renea Copeland

Carla Renea Townsend Copeland was born on December 24, 1966 in Jacksonville, Florida to James Lee Townsend, Sr. and Janie Lee Townsend which preceded her in death.

Carla attended the local schools in Jacksonville, Florida. She worked in the hospitality business in her earlier years. Carla also worked as a telemarketer. She later became a Secretary for her sister’s real estate firm. 

Carla leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Harmony Copeland and Talmesha Copeland; grandchildren, Zoey Thomas and Christopher Wilson; sisters, Jan Jenkins (Johnnie), Cheryl Thomas (Rodney) and Tanya Wilson; brothers, James Lee Townsend, Jr. (Willa), Ralph Townsend (Geraldine), Ray Townsend and Reggie Townsend (Theia); and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and many sorrowing friends.
