God's gift of time. We all need time to grieve-quiet time for reflection to sift through memories and come to grips with what has happened. We all need a time for tears, not for the one who is in Heaven, but for ourselves as we realize that things will never be the same. We all need time to just "be," when we can open ourselves to God and let the reassurance of his everlasting love start to heal our broken hearts. Sending prayers and wishing you peace. To the Family and Friends of Connetta Oliver Albert:
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I cannot imagine your pain and sadness at this time. May Jehovah God comfort and support you during this time of sorrow. God has promised to one day put an end to death forever (Isaiah 25:8). Jesus also showed what He will do in the future. The Bible shows that in the future those who have fallen asleep in death will be brought back to life on a paradise earth (John 5:28 and Luke 23:43). Until that time comes may you treasure the memories you shared.

Tari and Family,
Please accept my condolences on Ms. Connie's passing. I remember meeting her some 20 something years ago when we were at Cookman. She was a hoot! She didn't put up with the foolishness, and she was strong, hilarious, and loving. My prayers were with you all on Christmas Eve when I got the call to pray, on Christmas when I learned of her transition, and now during this time. Please be assured in knowing that, "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Cherish every memory and lesson taught. May God be with you at this time and always!

Carla and Latari,
With deepest sympathy for your loss.

Our heavenly home becomes our final home; although tears are a way to release pain, they shall not cloud our view as to the reason God call our love-one home to be with him. This earthly tent and all its trials shall be transformed anew. There is no death only a changing of worlds. May the blessed peace, and encouraging words hold, comfort and surround you while you gain strength during the time you need it most. Know that your family and friends are here for you as you find great peace in knowing your mother is in her final resting place with her father.

To Connetta's immediate family: It was with great sadness that we learned of Connetta's passing. We did not know her, but we know her sister, Eugenia and Eugenia's daughter, Cecilia, who are members of our church and we feel pain at this time, especially since we have had similar losses as well. Please accept our heartfelt condolences and we hope that in a small way they help through these trying times.
