Elmer Howard, Jr.

Mr. Elmer Howard, Jr. was born on January 20, 1955 in Jacksonville, Florida to Julia Ellise and Elmer Howard, Sr. He attended the local schools of Duval County.

Elmer was united in Holy Matrimony to Angela Howard on January 27, 2019. He was a Merchant Seaman, USNS from 1981 until 2005.

Elmer Howard, Jr. quietly made his transition to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Howard, Sr.; and sister, Patricia Howard.

Elmer leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Angela Howard; mother, Julia Ellise; children, Bryant Farmer, Michael Farmer, Antonio Farmer, Brandon Owens and Natasha Owens; grandchildren, Brandy Owens, Stephanie Owens, Jason Owens and Treasure Owens; siblings, Angenette Howard, Jerlene Howard, Linda Howard, Antonia Howard, Harriett Ellise, Phyllis Ellise, Eddie Ellise and Jeffery Ellise; special friends, Pastor Bracy, Ms. Yancy, Pastor Charles Rivers and Evangelist Jamica Rivers; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
