Felicia Nicole Matos

Felicia Nicole Matos was 30 years old.  She was known for her beautiful voice, that touched so many lives.  Felicia lit up the room with just her smile.  She was a beautiful person and a beautiful soul, inside and out.

Felicia was a devoted mother to her beautiful children and was a faithful and loyal soul mate to Terry whom she loved with all her heart.  Her sister, Wendy was her prime motivation to want to achieve great things in life.  Her parents encouraged her to strive for excellence and to always keep God present in all she did.  Felicia came in contact with many lovely people that are now considered family.   We will all hold in our hearts many great memories and a deep sense of gratitude to God, that through our life journey we were fortunate enough to have crossed path with Felicia, such a warm and special person.

Felicia is survived by her daughter, Brooklyn Denise Johnson; son, Amir Kenji Eugene Johnson; boyfriend, Terry Johnson; Terry’s son, Treavaun Johnson; father, Gregorio Matos Davila; mother, Irma Matos Carmona; sister, Wendy Joiner; brother-in-law, Vernon Joiner; nephew, Xavier Ivan Matos; and a host of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousin. Felicia was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Felicita Davila Roman;
