Glenn Kelsey Obituary

Mr. Glenn Emanuel Kelsey was born on September 5, 1949 to the late Maggie Mae James Kelsey and Emanuel Kelsey in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his formal education the local schools of Duval County.

Glenn was employed with Florida School Book Depository as a Warehouse Supervisor. He enjoyed fishing, watching old western movies, family gathering, scenic road trips, music, scary movies, but most of all being around his family and friends.

God saw fit to send His angel of death into the room of Glenn Emanuel Kelsey with its love and tender care to relieve him from the troubles of this world. On Sunday, September 1, 2019, Glenn Emanuel Kelsey entered into his eternal rest to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his wives, Cathy Kelsey, Darlene Kelsey and Lydia Kelsey; sons, Shaun Kelsey and Glenn Kelsey, Jr.; parents, Emanuel Kelsey and Maggie Kelsey; and brother, Gary Kelsey.

Glenn leaves to mourn his passing, but to cherish his memories, his devoted children, Patrice Kelsey (Marsha Woodock), Lakisha Kelsey (Frazier McClain) and Taurus Kelsey (Sharron Collins); grandchildren, Dominique Kelsey, Roneisha Coleman, Dontavious Wilson, Taureisha Kelsey, Taureicia Kelsey, Tarshelle Kelsey and Breshauna Randolph; great grandchild, Julian Hatch; siblings, Jerome Dunnam and Rudolph Dunnam; in-laws, Molly Dunnam and Jacqueline McKennom; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
