After I read about Jean's recent death after just 33 way too short years of precious life, I wanted to express my feelings of sympathy for the Jean-Louis family and friends. I know Jean has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18), understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his Word. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
Most of us have seen this enemy death claim the lives of people dear to us. But Jehovah God promises to destroy this enemy, death, once and for all. Rev. 21: 4; tells us: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." (Isaiah 25: 8, 1 Corinthians 15: 26) Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you.
John 17;3 God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection (John 5: 28, John 6: 40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15, Job 14:14-15) I offer my sincere condolences to the family. Feel free to contact me at my email address: myranj@centurytel.net
I pray you will find comfort reading the above scriptures in your personal Bible and to please watch this beautiful video (song 144) entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize" https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODChildren/pub-pksn_24_VIDEO

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one. May your family find true peace and comfort from God's promise to reunite us with our family and friends by means of an earthly resurrection (Acts 24:15). As we eagerly await the fulfillment of these wonderful promises for the near future may they bring you a measure of comfort as you cherish your most treasured memories.
