A Time to be Born: Keri Lorraine Shockley was born on September 27, 1982 to Kermit Leon and Lisa James Shockley.
A Time to Learn: Keri graduated from Robert E. Lee in 2001. She was an over achiever. She received the Mayor’s top scholar of Duval County. Keri relocated to Lakeland, Florida where she was inducted into the National Honor Society in Polk County. She attended Florida State College of Jacksonville, Concord Medical College and the Red Cross Nursing Assistance.
A Time to be Reborn: Keri was baptized at an early age at New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church under the Reverend Henry Green, Sr. where she served in many capacities.
A Time to Share: Today we pay tribute to Keri who lived a care free, happy life. She loved her family, especially her 5 children. She lived her life to the fullest.
A Time to Mourn: She leaves to rejoice her memories, children, Steven Thomas White, Jr., Keshaun Lindsey Love, Laila Anna Marie Evans, London Mariah Love and Mia Michelle Love; father, Kermit Leon Shockley, Sr.; mother, Lisa Shockley Reynolds; sister, Dorothy P.
