Patricia Ann Jackson

Patricia Ann Jackson was born on June 8, 1954 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Samuel C. Watts and Ernestine Watts. She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 1972. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Edward Waters College in 1988.

Pat as she is fondly called, taught Adult Basic Education at Florida State College of Jacksonville from 1988 until 1989. She continued her teaching career at Edward H. White from 1989 until 2001 and retired from Sandalwood in 2004.

On Monday, November 13, 2017, Patricia answered the call of her Lord and Savior and entered her eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Panthony “Joy”; and brother, Cary Vincent.

Patricia leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving and devoted daughters, Dorothy (Larry, Brandi and Melissa; eight grandchildren, Joi, Sh’Na, Lauryn, Larry, Jordyn, Boss, King and Lord; one brother, Craig (Wanda); two cousins like sisters, Belinda (Ted) and Melba (George); two godchildren, Cherrice Robinson and Joshua Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including, Patricia Brooks (Ronnie), Deborah Parsons and Deloris Boston.
