Pauline Yvette Ford Harris was born on April 8, 1949 to Dorothy Mitchell and William Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the local schools of Duval County and graduated from Stanton Vocational School class of 1967.
Pauline was married to the late Leon Harris. She retired from Paramount Poultry after 26 years of dedicated service. She was a member of New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church.
Pauline answered the Master’s call peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2020. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Mitchell; father, William Ford; husband, Leon Harris; sisters, Paulette Wallace and Beverly Ford; and nephew, Donald Fleming.
Pauline leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Melanie Morris and April Morris; grandchildren, Akeem Morris, Percelle Morris, Raheem Morris, Zane Morris, Mixon Hagan, Miya Morris and Darhianna Morris; great grandchild, Harlam Morris; brother, Chester Ford; devoted nephews, William Fleming and Antonio Clay (Coffee); special great nephew, Derrius Fleming; godsister, Patrice Collins; goddaughters, Lashana Porter and Vocka Johnson; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
