Phillip Stanley Lewis

Mr. Phillip Stanley Lewis was born on October 1, 1951 and was one of seven children born to Dorece Singletary and Otis Lewis (deceased). Phillip was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his education and grew up in Miami, Florida.

On Tuesday, December 11, 2018 the Lord call His beloved child home. He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Lewis; and siblings, Clayzionia Benita Lewis, Edwin Kenneth Lewis, and Larry Lewis.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving mother, Dorece Singletary; one brother, Otis Lewis of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, Marleatha Jean Fewquay (James) of Miami, FL and Rosalind Elaine Stevens (Harry) of Jacksonville, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
