Dearest Amanda, we cannot even begin to tell you how much we loved your dad.
So wise , funny and full of stories. His talent for writing his poems was equally matched with his unbelievable welding skills. The things he made, just "wow". The past twenty years of being his neighbor will forever be inscribed in our hearts. Always there when we needed him and never asked for anything in return. We will always be looking for him to wave at us. You will be truly missed our dear friend, you were a brother to us ,,,,

Dear family and friends of Mr. Parks, I was touched when reading the obituary of Ron. He seemed like a truly generous, helpful, and thoughtful man. I can truly feel your pain, because I too have lost many loved ones. The thought that "there is going to be a resurrection" of the dead truly brought me great comfort. (Acts 24:15)

The following video has also provided me with comfort, I hope it will you as well:

Ron was one of my bestfriends. I enjoyed talking, cutting up and having a good laugh with Ron. He meant a lot to me and I’ll never forget the times we had. I wish we could have had more time. God bless you, Rest In Peace my friend I’ll never forget you. Thoughts and prayers for his family.

I worked with Ron for about the last 5 years. Ron was one of a kind and had a great sense of humor. We would joke with each other everyday. I was proud to have known Ron for the short period that we worked together. I will truly miss Ron and his friendship. Rest in peace my friend.
