To the family of Stephanie Lee McEwing, I worked with Stephanie at FAMU.
She was very helpful with my transitioning to the Financial Aid Office.

She will always be remembered for her huge smile and cool demeanor.

My condolences on you loss.

I would like to express my condolences to the family. I am sorry for your loss. Our Heavenly Father is aware of the pain and hurt you feel. He promises in His Word the Holy Bible to remove all causes of pain, suffering, and death (Revelation 21:3,4). We know that Almighty Jehovah God has not only the power but also yearns to fulfill this promise. This promise has brought me much comfort. May you too find comfort in this promise and treasure the special memories you shared.

Stephanie was a sweet young lady who was always smiling. We grew up together in St. Paul AME Church as children, teens and young adults. She always made you feel loved and she will be greatly missed. May God bless her family during this difficult time.

The Broken Chain

We little knew that day,
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you.
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide.
And although we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
