Tari Dajuan Mitchell

Tari DaJuan Mitchell was born on December 20, 1981 in Fernandina Beach, Florida to Mrs. Shonna Wells. Tari was reared by his grandparents, Mr. James Mitchell, Sr. and Marva Mitchell. He attended the local schools in Callahan.

Tari loved life. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and loved his family. He had a special love for animals, especially his dogs.

On Saturday, March 10, 2018 Tari left this life to being a new one.

He leaves to mourn his passing, mother, Shonna Wells (James); father, Anthony Upshaw; children, Jaquann Mitchell, Centari Mitchell, Shamiah Humphries, Aaliyah Harris and Heaven Woodle; grandparents, James and Marva Mitchell; sisters, Ciara Watson, Tekerra Higgon, Antoinette Upshaw and Wanda Nettles; brothers, Kelvin Upshaw and Anthony Upshaw; uncles, Gregory Mitchell, Anthony Mitchell, James Mitchell, Kevin Young and Tracy Young; six great aunts; nephew, Kennari Brown; family at heart, Elebys of Callahan; special friends, Tamar Way, Dante Kelly, Cordell Shelby; special cousins, Anthony Mitchell, Jr., Terrence McKnight and D’Angelo Simms; and a host of other family and friends.
