Terry Ellsworth Emanuel

Terry Ellsworth Emanuel was born on October 7, 1995 to Terry Dawson and Edward Emanuel. Terry spent most of his childhood in Atlanta, Georgia before returning to Jacksonville, Florida. He attended and graduated from Jean-Ribault High School.

Despite being diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at a very young age. Terry did not let it stop his passion for creating music, playing video games and uplifting others. He will be truly missed for his positive attitude, his jokes and most of all his smile.

Terry was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Dawson; grandfather, Jerome Dawson, Sr.; and uncle, Jerome Dawson, Jr.

Terry leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Terry Dawson; father, Edward Emanuel (Bertha); brothers, Eric Dawson, William Moody (Quanna), Devin Moody, Edwin Emanuel, Edward Emanuel and Stacy Smith; sisters, Edwina Ellis (Stephen), Sha’Perlya Emanuel and Tameka Robinson; grandmothers, Vasceil Emanuel and Anna Jenkins; aunts, Elizabeth Mack, Sabrina Dawson James (Mark), Everlena Derico (Evander), Tameka Williams (Mario) and Janice Gober; uncles, Rev. A. D. Cotton (Denise) and Alfred Williams; nephews, Lamon Robinson, Shawn Robinson, Eddie Robinson and William Moody Jr.; nieces, Ka’niyah Moody, Kennedie Moody and Saliyah Ellis; god parents, LaTonya Medina and Harold Thomas; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
