Allen Jeffery Tubbs was born April 2, 1962 to Essie M. Neely and James Tubbs, Jr. He departed this life on Saturday, June 18, 2022.

Allen attended the local schools in Duval County and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. He was employed with the Jacksonville International Airport.

Allen was a former member of OACC and First Timothy Baptist Church. He was attending Impact Church prior to his death.

Allen leaves to cherish his memories, a loving and devoted mother, Essie M. Neely; sisters, Angela Williams (John) and Patra Tubbs of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Mitchell Tubbs, Jerald Tubbs and Michael Tubbs (Donna); aunt, Maxine Mann; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
