Betty Lou Jones Huff was born September 11, 1934, in Jacksonville, Florida to Emma Lee Jones and Ollie H. Jones, Sr. Betty Lou attended Douglas Anderson School.
Betty Lou was an active loving and caring individual, deeply family orientated, which was evident in the Joy she found in spending time with her family.
Betty Lou was a devoted member of Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church where she participated and served in various church activities.
Betty Lou was married to Claude Huff and from this union one child was born, Claudia Davis. She went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Huff; parents, Emma Lee Jones and Ollie H. Jones, Sr.; grandchildren, Alphonzo Sanders and Javon Matthews; sister, Thelma Ray; and brothers, Ollie H. Jones, Jr. and Dewitt Jones.
Betty Lou leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted family, daughter, Claudia Davis; granddaughters, Clora Huff and Samala Huff-Ross (Leonard); great-grandchildren, Yasmin Huff, Leonard Ross, Jr., Nautica Ross, Sanaya Ross and Leonta Ross; devoted niece, Rosalyn E. Williams; devoted nephew, Lewis Jones; and a host of other loving family members and friends.
