Betty Jean Jackson

Betty Jean Jackson was born April 18, 1944 to the late Hattie Lee Scott and Leroy Thomas in Hahira, Georgia. She attended the local schools.

Betty Jean Jackson went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 8, 2022. She was preceded in death, by her mother, Hattie Lee Scott; father, Leroy Thomas; sons; David Jackson; brother, Leroy Thomas, Jr.; and sister, Susan Grissett.

Betty leaves to mourn her passing but to cherish her memories, her friend, Henry Smith; son, Kenneth Leron Jackson (Adrena); grandchildren, Marletta (Simeon), Kennetta (Aaron), Loraine (Kenneth), Kenyata, Dezi, Randell, Tony, Kenneth, Tykeisha, Tywanna, Kenneisha, Zariah, Keith, Shadaria, Antonio, Cyntore, Harris, and Tydrena; a host of great grandchildren; siblings, Gladys Willis, Ruth Lockett and Pasty Owens; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
