Billy Foster Obituary

Billy Clark Foster, born on September 3, 1987, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a beacon of kindness and generosity, known for his loving nature and willingness to help others, often going out of his way to assist anyone in need.

Billy's life was marked by his heroic actions, as highlighted in a news article that detailed how he aided an elderly man in distress. His selflessness made him a local hero, beloved by all who knew him. Beyond his acts of kindness, Billy was known for his joyous spirit, often seen singing and sharing his love with family, friends, and coworkers.

He graduated from East High-Tech School and later earned his GED at Job Core in Dayton, Ohio. Billy furthered his education at Florida Career College Institute, where he studied medical assistance and graduated successfully. His professional journey was equally impressive; he began working at McDonald’s after moving to Jacksonville in 2015, quickly advanced to become a general manager at Burger King, and later at Wendy’s, demonstrating his leadership skills and work ethic.

Billy was deeply spiritual and committed to his faith. He accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized at Living Faith, Church of God in Christ by the late Pastor Superintendent Freddy L. Thomas, Sr.

Billy is survived by his grandmother, Maxine Brown; uncles, Houston and Jimmy; aunts, Carlynn and Liz; nieces, Kasey, Treliyah, Promise, Paeshyns, and Payton; nephew, Noah; godmother, Barbara Jean Clay; godson; best-friends, Devonte Hall and Davielle Manning; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, great nephews, cousins, coworkers, and many sorrowing friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Stutters; mother, Latrina Elise Foster; brother, Brandon Foster; sister, Khadijah Foster; and grandfather, Billy Clark Brown.

Billy's legacy of love, compassion, and community engagement will be cherished and remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him. His life was a testament to the power of kindness, and the deep impact one person can have on the lives of many.
