Brandon Albert Reilert was born on February 12, 1960, in New York City, to Modestine Ruth Howze and Albert Reilert. Brandon was educated in Duval County Schools as well as New York Public Schools.
Brandon worked at many jobs, mostly hospitals in Jacksonville and Miami. Later in life he worked as a painter and beautified many homes and businesses with his mastery painting skill in the Jacksonville area. The past few years Brandon spent his time as a devoted employee and counselor at the Jacksonville City Rescue Mission where he met many friends and changed many lives.
Brandon loved to spend time with his grandkids, and he loved to cook. He was an avid football fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Hurricanes.
On the morning of Saturday, August 22, 2020, Brandon Albert Reilert answered the call of his Master and took flight, casting off his mortal shell and gaining immortality, ever to be with the Almighty God.
His memory will be cherished by his loved ones, his wife, Queen Reilert; his children, Brandon M. Reilert and Jasmine A. Reilert (their mother Judy); his step children, Jason White (Yami), Joy Ansley (Teko), Walter Mccoy, Quamaine Smith, Sherita Smith and Renard Fields; his grands, Asia Ross, Brandon M. Reilert, Jr., Roderick Brown, Jr. and Meinna L. Reilert; his siblings, Amira K. A. Akili (Kelly Lyons) and L. William Lyons (Shacara); a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and many friends at the Jacksonville City Rescue Mission.
