Charlie C. James was born on August 13, 1939 in Georgia to Mr. Charlie James and Mrs. Ala Lee (Babylove). He was the only child born to this union. Charlie was raised in New York before relocating to Florida.
Charlie lived a full life enjoying his favorites such as fishing with his only son, sitting under the tree with his close friends, or enjoying anything with Clint Eastwood in it. He loved watching western movies and listening to jazz music. Charlie loved his entire family, his devoted wife, and his friends. He was a great father and a loving husband. Charlie will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. May the memories he left behind hold a special place forever in our hearts.
Charlie was preceded in death by his late parents, Mr. Charlie James and Mrs. Ala Lee. He leaves to cherish his legacy, his loving wife, Anita James; daughters, Laura James and Aileen James (Rochester, NY); son, Charlie James Jr; cousins, Maureen Haugabook, Gracie Wilson, Mary Miller (Ft. Pierce, FL), Dessie Anthony, Brenda Walker, Thomas Walker (Orlando, FL), Joe Walker (Spring Lake, NC), Larry Walker (Sugarland, TX), Eula Jenkins; and a host of other relatives and friends whom he cherished deeply.
