Clemon Rondell Davis, affectionately known as “Clem” and “Ron,” passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the age of 63 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Clemon was born on August 25, 1962, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Benjamin L. Davis and Minnie Lee Davis (Bryant). He spent his life rooted in the Jacksonville community, where he built lasting relationships and left a meaningful impact on all who knew him. After 35 years of service, he retired from US Gypsum Company where he spent years sharing the good news of God’s Kingdom with many of his coworkers.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Martha Davis; his daughter, Kaleigh Davis; and his cherished grandson, Kamari Thomas. He also leaves behind his siblings, Carlos Davis (Simona), Cynthia Newberry (Carnell), Curtis Davis, Darryl Davis, Travis Davis (Nicole), Anthony Celestine, Michelle Celestine, and Kim Celestine; and a very special sister-in-law, Mary Graham.
Clemon will be deeply missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of loving friends.
Clemon had a passion for life and enjoyed playing basketball and golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and loved ones. He was known for his kindness, warm smile, and willingness to listen—always offering a comforting presence to those around him.
Above all, Clemon was devoted to his faith. His love of service to Jehovah and his dedication to shepherding and caring for others within the congregation were central to his life.
Clemon’s life was a testament to love, faith, and service. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing him.
