Elouise Hall Obituary

Mrs. Elouise (Renee) Hall was born July 10, 1950, to the late Mr. Eddie and Elouise Shubert. She attended the local schools, including William M. Raines High School. There, she met the love of her life of 39 years, the late Mr. Jerry R Hall, Sr. They both graduated from Raines in 1968, and later married on September 11, 1970.

They both attended Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Mrs. Renee Hall childhood church, and sung in the young adult choir. They later joined The Bethel Church as a married couple and worshiped the Lord until their deaths.

Renee lived her life for everyone and was a blessing to many in her neighborhood, in her family and in her everyday life. She took great pride in being a classy dresser and loved to receive her flowers and compliments daily. On Sunday, May 14, 2023, after calling and contacting her loved ones and wishing them a Happy Mother’s Day, she closed her eyes and peacefully slept away into paradise.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Jerry Hall, Sr.; his parents, Albert and Rosa Hall; her siblings, Lonnie Striglers, George Striglers, Jerry Thompson, Geraldine Thompson, Eddie Shubert, Alvin Shubert, Bobby Shubert, and Doris Shubert-Bellinger; and her brother-in-love, Ricky Hall.

She leaves to cherish in her memories, her children, Edward Bernard Hall (Khalilah), Sonji Hall-Brooks (Ray) and Jerry Hall, Jr.; her siblings, Gloria Thompson, Linda Shubert, Norma Shubert-Jones (Eddie) and Donald Shubert (Tracy); her sister-in-love, Brenda Thompson Shubert; her brothers-in-love, Albert Hall, Ronnie Hall, Don Hall, Kevin Hall and Albert Bellinger, Sr.; close friends, J.B., Ann, Ron, Gayle, and Glo.

She leaves to cherish her pride and joy and her reasons why, her grandchildren, Jerrick, Rashonda, Ray Jr., Deborah, Khashilah, Khaylah, Kaden, Jerry III, Janae, Je’Nyah, Jayde, and Joir’dyn; five great grandchildren; two uncles; one aunt; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and sorrowing friends.
