Jacqueline “Jackie” Dianna Wolters, age 59, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026. She was born on December 28, 1966, in Florida, to Nancy Diane Carswell Brooks and Arthur Smith.

Jackie was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, family member, and friend. She was deeply loved by her family, and her passing leaves an ache that words can never fully express. To know Jackie was to know someone who carried both strength and softness, someone who kept going even when life was not easy, and someone whose love for her family was always at the center of her heart.

Jackie loved brightness, warmth, and the simple things that made life feel a little lighter. She loved taking drives, enjoying the world around her in those quiet moments on the road. She loved watching scary movies, eating sweets, and finding comfort in the little joys of life. These are the memories her family will hold close — the everyday pieces of who she was, the things that made her Jackie.

More than anything, Jackie cared deeply for her family. She loved her children, her grandchildren, and the people closest to her with a love that will continue to be felt long after her passing. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and the love she had for them will always be part of her legacy.

Jackie was a fighter. She worked through pain, carried hard things, and faced difficult seasons with more strength than many people ever knew. Even when her body was tired, she kept fighting. She fought through the pain, she fought through the hard days, and she fought until the very end. Her strength, her spirit, and her love for her family will never be forgotten.

Her family finds comfort in God’s promise: “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain.” — Revelation 21:4

Though her family’s hearts are broken, they find peace in knowing that Jackie is no longer in pain. She is now resting in Heaven, surrounded by light, love, and peace. Her family takes comfort in believing she is reunited with her mother, Diane, and her sister, Lisa, held in the arms of God and free from every hurt she carried here on earth.

Jackie is survived by her loving family, including her daughter, Justina Smith; her son, Kenny Allen Jr.; her grandchildren, Jacob Allen, Lucas Allen, Matthew McFadden and Ragnar Newland; her son-in-law, Gary McFadden; and her brother, Leon Smith.

She also leaves behind special loved ones, including Angel Smith, Tai and Eric Newland, Marilyn and Bobby Carswell, Denise Swatts-Scher, and Rebecca Rescigno, along with a beautiful legacy of nieces, nephews, extended grandchildren and great-grandchildren, family members, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Jackie was loved beyond measure. She will be missed in the everyday moments, in the quiet spaces, in family memories, in stories, in laughter, during long drives, while watching the movies she loved, and in all the places where her love once filled the room. Her memory will continue to live on through her family, through the love she gave, and through the lives she touched.

Private services will be held for the family. Memorial details will be shared privately with family and loved ones once arrangements have been made.
