Joseph Adrian Bowens

Joseph Adrian Bowens was born on April 10, 1979 to Darlene Bowens and the late Leon Harris in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the local schools of Duval School.

Joseph worked in the lawn service and seafood industry. He was baptized at an early age and was affiliated with the Baptist Faith. He loved fishing and was very family oriented.

Joseph made his eternal transition on Saturday, July 25, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Harris; and grandmother, Ruth Bradley.

Adrian leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Mia Crews, Joseph Potter, Joesha Bowens, Jessica Bowens and Ke’ilah O’Neal; five grandchildren; mother, Darlene Bowens; siblings, Patricia Dessiso, Leon B. Harris (Jodi), Donald E. Harris (Tawanda), Leona Mitchell, Latasha Smith (Leroy), Derrick Anderson (Natashia), Michael L. Harris and Trey A. Harris; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
