Karin Smith Obituary

Mrs. Karin Hinz Smith was born on April 5, 1952 to the late Ewald Theodor Wilhelm and Elisabeth Gertrud Adam in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. She attended the local grade, graduated high school, and attended college in Germany.

While serving in the United States Army in Germany, Clifford was introduced to Karin by his best friend, Charles. It was love at first sight. On December 30, 1982 Karin and Rosenior Smith was united in Holy Matrimony and from this union three children were born.

Karin accepted Christ as her savior at an early age. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ewald Theodor Wilhelm and Elisabeth Gertrud Adams; mother-in-law, Lillie Bell Smith; and sister-in-law, Patricia Smith Hatten.

Karin leaves behind to her loving memories, a devoted and loving husband of 38 years, Rosenior Clifford Smith; three children, Daniel Keck, Andreas Keck and Markus Keck (Dina); two grandchildren, David Lavon and Markus Keck, Jr.; father-in-law, Edward Smith, Sr.; one sister, Rosie Marie Besteher (Gunnar); brothers and sisters in laws, Edward Smith, Jr. (Antionette), Angela Smith Brown, Lorenzo Smith, Gregory Whittaker (Monicha) and Ava Webb (Sterling); close friend, Michelle Crews; neighbors, Mike and Tara; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
