Latoya Genice Leon Myles was born on January 24, 1986, in Jacksonville, Florida to Jasper and Gweneva “Gwen” Leon. She was a proud graduate of Englewood High School, where she completed the medical program, graduating with the class of 2004.
Latoya dedicated her professional life to serving others through her work at AmeriHealth, where she was known for her compassion, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Latoya was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Jeremy Myles. They were together for over twenty-five years. From their union, they were blessed with four children, Jeremy Jr., Jeremiah, Nevaeh, and Nova Myles, who were the pride and joy of her life.
Latoya was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willie and Susie Hunter, and her uncle, Willie Darrow Hunter.
Latoya leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband, Jeremy Myles, Sr.; her beloved children, Jeremy Myles, Jr., Jeremiah Myles, Nevaeh Myles, and Nova Myles; her parents, Jasper and Gwen Leon; her sister, Alland “Dee” Leon; her brother, Devin Leon; her parents-in-law, Donnie and Yolander Myles; along with her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and a host of loving friends.
Latoya will be remembered for her loving heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on through the lives she touched and the love she poured into her family.
