Today we celebrate the life of Le’Sha Tanisha Noel, who was born on May 5, 1991, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late James B. Noel, Jr. and Teresa Anderson-Wright. She departed this life on Sunday, October 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving mother and sister.
At the age of two, Le’Sha moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where she joined Southside Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C.). She was a devoted member of the Praise Team and a graduate of Southside C.O.G.I.C. Little Saints Child Care.
Le’Sha was educated in Duval County Schools and was active in the arts, attending Scott Jones Dance Academy, Attitudes Performing Arts, and LaVilla School of the Arts. She later studied Cosmetology at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ). While living in Houston, she also became a Certified Phlebotomy Technician. A creative and determined entrepreneur, she was the proud owner of Noel Winx.
Le’Sha was preceded in death by her father, James B. Noel, Jr.; paternal grandparents, James B. Noel, Sr. and Jean M. Long; maternal grandparents, Deacon Robert D. Anderson and Missionary Vernell Anderson; and her uncle, Donald Anderson.
She leaves to cherish her memory her five adorable children, Shadale, Airianna, Sa’Vior, Le’Mya, and Zayden; her loving mother, Teresa Anderson-Wright; stepfather, John Wright; sister, Terri Durham (Rasheed); brother, James B. Noel III; nephews, Rasheed, Joseph, and Aadiyan (Bud); nieces, Ali’Yonna (Pookie), A’mari, Saniya, and Twyla; sister-cousins, Talysa Benker (Scott) and Shaurice Harden; aunts, Bobbie Jean Oliver, Angela Noel, Angela Smith, Gloria Jackson (Joe), and Tawana Ferrer (Hector); uncles, James Bryant, Robert Anderson, Damon Noel, and Michael Anderson (Gina); great uncles, James, Bruce, and Amir; great aunts, Sandra, Earnestine, and Rosetter; godparents, Gloria Jackson, Robert Dunton and Jannie and the late Louis Cain; chosen godparents, Bishop Edward Robinson, Cathy Jenkins, Irish King, and Frankie Jordan; devoted friend of thirty years, Britney Hatcher; and a host of cousins, relatives, and many sorrowing friends who will deeply miss her radiant spirit.
