Marie Estella Clark

Ms. Marie Estella Clark was born on November 27, 1940 in Nassau County to the late Ollie Hubbard and Andrew Hubbard. She was the 7th of 10 children. She attended the local schools and graduated from Peck High School class of 1959. While at Peck High she played basketball. She furthered her education to Edward Waters College in Jacksonville.  

Marie was in the healthcare industry for 30 years. She was a faithful and devoted member of Chester Church of God for more than 30 years where she served as a Sunday School Teacher, Superintendent, choir member and Trustee Board member.

Marie slept away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, January 13, 2020. she was preceded in death by her son, Andeaz Clark; parents, Ollie and Andrew Hubbard; brothers, James Hubbard and Freddie Hubbard; sisters, Ruby Grant, Odessa Jackson and Carrie Mae Hubbard.

Marie leaves to mourn her passing but cherish her memories, her siblings, Susie Davis, Mary Brown-Wallace, Andrew Hubbard, Jr. (Eddie Mae) and Melvin Hubbard (Mary Ann); special godchildren, Sergeant Tre'vius L. M. Mckay, Jasmine Johnson ad Emmanuel Johnson; special nieces, Crystal Tyler and Cassandra Ray (Wade); special nephew, Leon Grant (Janessa); special friend, Jeannette White; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
