Mrs. Mary Louise “Tootsie” White was born July 19, 1951 to the late Mr. Eugene and Alberta Samuels. Mrs. White was the youngest child of 20, reared in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended local schools in the Wesconnett community and accepted Christ at an early age.
Tootsie’s laughter, love for people, and service throughout her community, whether cooking, dancing, or hosting gatherings will forever be engraved in our hearts.
On May 12, 1967, Mary Samuels was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Mr. Alfonza White, Sr. To this union of 41 years 4 daughters were born and our family began along with our family’s motto “Love Until the End”.
