Mother Lenora Patterson Obituary

Lenora Fowler Patterson was born April 18, 1939 to Eddie Fowler and Claudia Lee Jones Fowler in Sylvester, Georgia (Worth County) where she obtained education at the local schools.

She worked hard long hours and many years in her business with her husband the late Jack Patterson, III as head cook of Nassau Downtown Restaurant.” After serving 10 plus years serving the public, she changed her career to Shands Hospital where she retired after 24 years in 2004.

Lenora accepted Christ in early life and last attended Friendship Primitive Baptist Church under Pastor Bobbie Sheffield. In 2008 her health declined leading to now.

Lenora gave a spirit of love to all who knew her. She was known as Ms. P by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her three siblings, Ruby Mae Dollison, Lola Ann Flewellen and Geroline Fowler Allen.

Lenora leaves to cherish her beautiful memories, daughter, Jackie Adams (Gary, whom she often called on) AND Kathleen Jacob Maddox (Terrance); sons, Jeremiah Patterson (Fiancé, Shelia) and Jack Patterson IV; grandchildren, Gary Adams, II, Felecia Patterson-Moore (Rory), Christopher Adams (Alex), Jack Patterson IV, Jessica Patterson, Jacqueline Roberts, Vincent Patterson and Valencia Patterson; great grandchildren, Christopher Adams, Jr. and Parker Adams; special aunt, Corene Jones; two brothers, Roland Fowler (Rosa) and Thomas Fowler (Shirley); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
