Ralph Eugene Ragland, III

Ralph Eugene Ragland, III, affectionately known as Little Ralph or Gene was born on July 5, 1969 in Miami, Florida to Ralph and Frankie Ragland.

Ralph attended the local schools in Duval County graduating from William M. Raines High School, class of 1987. He signed up for the Marine Corps for a short while. Ralph worked for Yellow Cab Company for at least fifteen years. He was a hard worker until his health failed.

Ralph is survived by one son, Nigel Ragland of Dallas, Texas; parents, Ralph and Frankie Ragland of Jacksonville, Florida; sisters, Gloria Dearmon (Phillip) of Lucedale, Mississippi, Sylvia Ragland (Thomas) and Lelta Ragland both of Jacksonville, Florida; brother, Richard Evans of Jacksonville, Florida; nephews, Adrian Dixon, Channin Ragland, and Brandon Ragland; niece, Miya Dearmon; uncles, Elder Japan Ruise, Sr. (Edith), Daniel Ragland (Margaret), Joseph Ragland (Patricia), L.V. Ragland and Anthony Williams; aunts, Mary Bell, Regina Chappell (Ernest), Willa Townsend (James), Mary Perry and Rita Ragland; brother-in-law, Larry Dixon; special friend/brother, Corey Blue; and a host of other relatives and friends.
