Mr. Richardo Anthony Persaud, age 62, laid his crown at the Lord’s feet Friday, October 29, 2021. Richardo was the oldest son of the late Harold and Yvonne Persaud, born November 29, 1958, in beautiful Guyana.
Richardo graduated St. Mary’s Roman Catholic School, Guyana and mostly was self-employed until he moved to the United States.
Richardo slipped away peacefully and join his dad, mom, his brother Carlos, grandparents, and other loved ones who had traveled to be with Lord before him.
Richardo was also known as Ricky, Skittles, Peter Sellers. Ricky was a ‘jack of all trades’, a perfectionist with his endeavors. He was truly his father’s child. Always a call away, you name it he can fix it and exceeded at everything he did.
Richardo had a heart of gold, he cared, loved and showered everyone with kindness in his path. Richardo did not know the word NO existed. He was sincerely loved by everyone blessed to have known him. He had passion to succeed and enjoyed all games, billiards, pool, and an expert card player. Richardo enjoyed quite evening, relaxing at home with a great movie, exquisite foods and a cold beer or two. He had dreams of being a millionaire, an investor and simply getting rich and always a friendly advice.
Richardo migrated to the United States with his wife Theresa, and family made Jacksonville, Florida their home.
Leaving to cherish his memories are his wife, Theresa; his children, Errol (Mylene), Nerissa, Rico (Amii), and Tommy (Jackie; his nine grandchildren; his siblings, Sangerine Rose (Ian), Donna, Andre (Chandra), Debbie and Harriet (Precious); and a host of family members, friends and loved ones.
