Robert Kirk Reeves

Robert Kirk Reeves, affectionately called “Gunga” was born on December 27, 1985 in Jacksonville, Florida to Jimmy Reeves and Valerie Robinson. He received his education through the Duval County Public Schools and was a graduate of Tulsa Welding School. He was also a certified electrician. In the later years of his life, he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Saviour.

Robert was an entrepreneur and made it his business to make money. He loved his family, traveling and attending many live sporting events such as boxing, UFC fighting tournaments and poker. Most of all Robert was known for his sense of humor, there was never a dull moment in his presence with some sort of prank, or a story he told because he was the biggest jokester that we ALL knew.

Robert Kirk Reeves departed this life on Friday, October 29, 2021. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robert Kirkland and Berthena Robinson; his aunt, Sheila Robinson; and uncles, Tyrone Robinson and Alexander (Pete) Robinson.

Robert leaves to cherish a legacy of love and memories to his mother, Valerie Robinson; father, Jimmy Reeves; siblings, Charidy Robinson, Victoria Reeves, Laquanna Reeves, and Ronald Reeves; his loving uncle, Todd (Cleo); aunts, Barbara (Robert), Brenda (Robert), Paula, and Tish (Carl); his beloved cousins, Shirley, Lil Todd, Erica, David, William, Joey, Kellie, Travis, Artis, Willis, Brandon, Brittany, Artia, Jason, Bobby, Christopher, Adrian, Angelica, Sebastian, Tameka, Johnella, Takiea, and Antoine and their families; and a host of more sorrowing relatives and friends.
