Tacara Denise Hayward was born in Jacksonville, Florida on February 4, 1985, to the proud parents of Tommy Hayward and Debbie Lewis. She attended and graduated from the Public Schools in Duval County. Tacara was employed by Baptist Hospital as a Medical Assistant.

Tacara Denise Hayward departed this life on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Hayward; uncle, Timothy L. Hayward; and aunts, Shannon Seymore and Carla Quarles.

Tacara leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Trevon Hayward and Kenneth Williams; two daughters, Asia Meyers and India Meyers; granddaughter, Isabella Williams; father, Tommy Hayward (Darcy); mother, Debbie Lewis (Larry); grandfather, Vernon Gibson; grandmother, Veronica Jones; brother, John Kinard (Janice); sisters, Tamesha Brooks and Katura Williams; uncles, Cassius Jones (Karen), Michael Payton, Nathaniel Hayward, Vernon Gibson Jr., Lamont Gibson and Jonathan Gibson; great uncle, Johnny Bryant; aunts, Sharon Jackson, Angela Wiggins (Leon), Sharon Hayward and Sherry Hayward; great aunts, Mary Ann Demps, Gloria Queen, Sandra McClendon and Marcia Jefferson; close cousin, Casharri Norman; special friend, Andre Meyers; close friend, Lauren J. Morris; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
