Tammy Terrell Hackley was born July 30, 1970, in Columbus, Georgia to Ida R. Hall and Bernard Hall (Ella). She graduated from Spencer High School and obtained her Bachelor’s degree at Columbus State University. She was a dedicated member of St. Joseph Missionary Baptist Church. She joined McDonalds at the age of fifteen and worked for the company for thirty plus years and joined DCC LEE in 2009. On Monday, September 25, 2023, Tammy transitioned to her forever home surrounded by the ones she loved and that loved her. She was preceded in death by mother, Ida Hall; her sister/cousin, Rhoda Hall; and son, Kendrick Jackson.
