Today is my DAD 83th birthday . I truly Miss him ! He always told me when this transition, comes to be strong, because he had a good life and GOD has been good to him. It’s not easy when the individual is deeply loved to stay strong. Today is another sad day for me and my family, because he’s not here to celebrate it with us.
My Father would say Don’t cry for me because I’ll be with my Father, he said baby girl keep praying and servicing God and you’re be alright. I’m greatful you’re no longer Suffering in pain anymore. I’m so thankful for the time we shared together. You were a phenomenal DAD!
Much Love Your 1st born! (Shirley)

My ❤ stopped when my brother William called me and delivered the bad news. We would talk and laugh while he sit in his chair watching tv. My grandfather gave me some good advise. My mother spke to my grandfather every day several times making sure he was ok being home alone. His wife was hospitalized. I remember when he visit us in Miami or Orlando. I use to say to my mother (Shirley) granddad wearing thoses afro puffs lol. I will miss those lunch dates in Jacksonville with my grandfather Carlice, my mother Shirley, my daughter Jass and my sister Sebrina. We will miss those Collard greens, 🍅, scallops, peppers and more he uses to send us. I have so many stories we could share. When he was in hospice he called me and said baby this your granddad the doctor said it can happen any day. " I need for you to take care of your mom. He would blow my phone up when he couldn't reach his daughter. I remember when me my dad and mom drove from Miami to Jacksonville in 5 hours to see him. His room was cross from the nurses station. His daughter kissed him and said Pop his eyes open and he gave her the biggest smile. We visit for a few hours before breakfast. I will miss that smile granddad. S.I.P .....I Love You Tasha.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family as we remember Carlice as a wonderful friend and co-worker in the U.S. Marshal's service. Sarah Nameth passes on her condolences also.

Granda, you will truly be missed! There comes a time when we all must transition and your time has come. Although it was a damper in my spirit when I got the call it was also a joyous moment for me. Yes , you will no longer be present physical but your memory will always live on through your children and extended family. You are in a place where you can’t feel the troubles of the world but can encounter the glorious king himself face to face, I will miss how highly you spoke about me to my friends and the great big hugs you would always share. I’ll miss your treasures you use to send me from your garden but I will take what you taught me and grow my own one day. I love you and may your soul be in everlasting peace 😘, love your plump baby.

On August 10, 2018 @ 11:22 A.M. I was blessed to have a conversation with my father, it was short and sweet because he was cleaning his house and yard. I thank God for that last conversation. I told him to finish cleaning and I’ll call him back. Around 6:00 P.M. I return the call unfortunately no answer. The last word my dad said to me on August 10, 2018 (baby girl this’s what he called me) always remember I love ❤️ you very much! I’m so thankful the time God allow us together. I really love my dad and knowing how much he loved me was a tremendously blessing. Our conversation was a lot about God and family. We prayed for others together. He instead in me to make sure to forgive and move on with my life. My dad was a family person he loved me, his 6 grand-kids, 18 great-grand kids & 7 great-great-grand kids. Gwendolyn 2 sons and her 10 grand kids.
He’s at Peace and resting for until God’s return on that great day when we’ll be Caught up in the air. All the Glory and all the praise I give to God for the years I had with my dad Carlic Titus Mc Clendon.
